At Little Larks™, we believe that great care deserves great community - and we want to reward the families and providers who help us grow it.

How It Works

Whether you're a family friend, community member, or employer, you can earn a financial reward simply by referring a child to our licensed home daycare network. When your referred child enrolls in any Little Larks™ childcare program for a longer period of time, you will receive a Starbucks Gift Card and another Gift Card upon annual renewal of their enrollment.

Yes, you read that right - You earn every year, not just once.

Who Can You Refer 

• Friends of parents looking for home-based childcare 

• Caregivers who are not in the network of Little Larks™ 

• Employers who care about their employees’ families and children

* Parents of enrolled children are not eligible for this benefit.

How to Refer 

Simply introduce the parent or guardian to Little Larks™ - just a quick email is all it takes. We’ll take care of the rest, from onboarding to enrollment, and will update you with a Starbucks Gift Card when the enrollment is finalized.
